I have undervolted the 14900KS using the V/F curve at points 8-11 by 60mv. I could only get 30mv to work with global offset.
I noticed I get pretty much exactly the same maximum voltage after gaming/stress tests/normal use. I thought it would affect the all core voltage point.
Is this just because I was hitting the power limits before (I am on Extreme 320w intel spec.)?
Wondering if it is possible the ring or e cores are pushing the voltage up as I believe they all use the same rail? I noticed the individual e core vid is sometimes higher than the p core by a small amount.
Thinking of anything else I can set to get the undervolt to do anything (without messing with AC/DC loadlines.)
Any input appreciated.
Thanks.
