Need a laptop with the above for under 350, possible? It's not for me and will mainly be used for light/medium web duties and light office apps web media playback skype etc.

Any exact models people can suggest?

for this price mate, your not going to find a core 2 duo laptop, unless you go on ebay, but they will most likely be used laptops, new core 2 duo laptops i have found were starting at £400 for new ones.

I picked up an Advent 6502 for £365.

C2D T3400 2.16ghz, 3GB memory, 250GB hard drive, 17" screen, webcam etc.
