Hey all,

Got my creative G6 today, and looking to get some headphones to pair, got a budget of £150.

Been looking on the rainforest and found the following that I would like some input on.

DT 770 pro 250ohm £108
DT 880 pro 250ohm £155
DT 990 pro 250ohm £140
Philips Fidelio X2HR £125

Not sure what else to look at really.
I do like my story games, tomb raider, horizon zero dawn, assassin's creed etc
But do mostly play FPS
I'm used to using Logitech G Pro X with surround on

Thanks

AKG K702 seem to always be the goto at that price point.
Had mine for a few years and can't fault them. Soundstage for competitive is great
I'll check them out cheers.
The bass in my G Pro X are fine, so not looking for ear shaking stuff, I use the fabric cups so not completely isolated either.

Do you already have a mic or need to fit the mic to headphones? E.g. vmoda boom pro, modmic
I already have a mic, currently got a razer seiren mini but upgrading to a elgato wave 3 soon.

I also stream, not sure if that would make any difference or not, I'm not able to listen to myself to know how I sound on mic at the moment tho, which I would like to do

G6 has mic monitoring. That’ll cover that :)
Loads of other mic features too.
I used the vmoda boom pro with AKG 702s and now the DT1770s. You’ll need a mini xlr to 3.5mm female adapter though. £20 including p&p & vat. Mines Rean
Would I need that adapter for my G6?

Saying that, I'm sure the wave 3 is a USB mic, that has a 3.5 jack port to monitor yourself, could be wrong however
