£150 bundle wanted

Can anyone recommend me a bundle for around £150 including motherboard, ram and cpu. Can be flexible on budget slightly. Would really need to have onboard so I can get the gfx card at a later date.

Probably a bit slower due to its clockspeed deficit, though it wouldn't be far off. It is half the price of a 6000+ and puts out half the heat though.
