£150 For New Mobile

From eglobalcentraluk you can get a 3gb/32gb Android One Mi A2 Lite, £131ish. I'm no photographer but I think the camera is fine, probably not so good in low light but then pretty much everything is not very good in low light at this price range. Screen size is 5.84 inches, 4000mah battery and Android One to boot, already downloaded the August (July) security update. Cons are no nfc and microusb charging, both of which I aren't bothered about :-)
 
If you don't mind a Chinese phone Umi make some half decent ones, not the best quality but my Mrs had a Umi plus and loved it for a year and a half. It did ultimately keep freezing and stuff but it still works even though she went pay monthly after that.
 
Personally I'd look for a used phone with a replaceable battery at that price. I got an LG V20 (great camera, flagship LG phone in 2016) recently for not much more than that. Love the phone.
