£150 on a sound card and headset

I got a budget of exactly £150 dont need to spend it all but if its worth it i will pay the 150. I am looking for a good sound card with some nice headphones/headset to play BF3 and listen to some hip hop music. Or can anyone reccomend me a headset that dosent require a sound card and has a mic, something like the G35, i got my mind set on the Logitech G35 but im just wandering if there is any better products out that are better but similar priced. Like i said max budget of £150
