Dont get the £140 7850, it only has 1GB Vram. make sure you get a good custom cooler if you want to overclock (which you should). If you can get one with a decent cooler for £130 secondhand then go for it.

They are all 2gb cards, but I think at £140-150 I would pay the extra to get the £167 card and the better cooler. Tempted by second hand - not a great cooler but not sure if i should complain considering its a 2gb 7850 <£130. Going to wait if any deals are on tomorrow anyway

Don't really want to go second hand as the warranties for many of the manufacturers aren't transferable, and in every system I've ever owned, the graphics card has been the first thing to die. That's the main reasons I was keen to go nvidia this time.
