Firstly what i would like in the spec.

Full tower preferabley with a window, i like Lian Li / Silverstone and the NVidia CM stacker. Case has to have the potential for watercooling.
C2D quad core.
Good memory for ocing, either 2 or 4gig.
decent quality PSU.
motherboard with 3+ sata2 connectors, wifi would be nice, SLI if spec includes SLI gpus.
High end gpu or even SLI setup maybe with 8800's. SLI would be nice for the wow factor.
High end headset, pref sennheiser or the creative fatality one.
Decent speaker system, maybe the THX logitech 2.1 system.
Razer Deathadder
logitech G15
DVDRW
24" 1920 / 1900 x 1200 monitor, dell maybe?
Creative X-fi soundcard, been using the xtreme audio and its good would like one of the higher models.
Optional - Make up a watercooling kit to go well with this system or otherwise a sufficient air cooler.
Any interesting extras that you can think of would be nice :D maybe case displays or other gizmos you can think of :)

Okay so thanks for any help :D

I don't have time to do up a full spec but any SLI or Crossfire setup is unneccessary. It just doesn't give enough performance for the cost. You're much better off getting a single 8800GTX or Ultra. If you want dual card then the only one that has a decent price/performance ratio would be a dual 2900Pro (flashed to XT). That would be just a little more expensive then a single GTX but should outperform it in most things.

I am afraid I have to concur with the chap above, SLI is not really needed and in the long run is a waste and not very cost effective.

Ultras I feel the same about, 8800GTX should do fine

This is just about perfect, methinks.

EDIT: Though I honestly don't know much about headphones, speakers, keyboards, or mice.

EDIT2: I personally think that the selection of full tower cases is pretty weak in general. If you hadn't specified a full tower I'd have recommended a P182 or an Akasa Eclipse 62.

could be hard to fit a SLI setup in along with a monitor and such too. better to save the money from SLI and get a GTX or Ultra, and spend the money saved on better components like better ram, or even save the money and use it to upgrade to a 9 series card when they are released.

edit: BillytheImpaler did you notice you have 2 cases in that spec?
