Hi,
I would like to have a £1500 build for my cousin. Please can you include these things;
Windows 7 Professional
A monitor
A keyboard, mouse and headset (Steel series frost bundle for head set and mouse, K70 for keyboard)
Aerocool Deep silence M-ATX case, fully white
16gb of ram
2tb hard drive, no SSD needed.

I tried to find a motherboard & RAM which would match the white theme, but there is almost nothing.

Both the other specs have missed out an SSD and I personally don't think its worth building a PC these days without one... makes the most difference for apparent speed of a PC (how quickly things load)...

OP: What will this PC be used for? Just wondering if we need the 16gb RAM and Win7 Professional - and if so, whether it would be worth fitting a 4770k in.

I have compiled this, I am not sure about the graphics card, should he get an AMD r9 290 or a gtx 780, a r9 290 non-reference is £300 (VTX3D) but the Nvidia reference is £360.
And they perform similarly.
Any ideas?
