Hi guys, I'm looking to upgrade my machine in the next couple of months and get properly in to AC and iRacing. I was hoping for someone to cast their eye over the below spec and tell me if I've made any howlers.
I've left out a case as I've got an Antec P180 I'm planning to carry over from the current machine, unless the new components won't fit or there will be potential cooling issues...?
My primary concerns are:
- Is the power supply powerful enough?
- Will the 290 cope with eyefinity 1920X1080 in games such as BF4, TitanFall etc. on high settings?
- Do I need a better CPU cooler? I won't be overclocking (at least not initially) but I do want 100% rock solid stability. The last thing I want random locks a couple of hours in to a 3 hour race
- Is it worth cutting back on some components to go for better monitors or are the Iiyama 27s ok?
