So building my first computer mainly gaming with digital forensic analysis on the side., and this is what i came up with.

Build something around that.

Just stick it in a case.

The PSU has a 10 year warranty, the board is full size ATX, the GFX card is cheaper and clocked faster.
 
Stulid has made good changes, only thing Id change is the SSD to probably a Samsung EVO drive - even better value with their current cash back offer!

Regarding case do you have preferences regarding style (subtle or loud colours) and loudness (quiet or not bothered)?
 
Not a bad shout i will swap it for the Samsung, I still plan to make changes im not going to buy anything for at least another week!

Regarding case well it just has to be expandable much like the build i want it to last! But if i had to choose then not bothered about style but would prefer quiet. Btw would i be able to add an external fan controller/temp monitor to the case?
 
Do your homework before deciding on a BluRay, unless you've done so already. I would get one with software included. Maybe you have the software already. Don't know.
 
Also I may in the future get another graphics card just because i'd want to probably :P so not a mini atx case please i think.

You'd need a case with good airflow to satisfy 2 R9 290's. They can get a little toasty, even with the Gaming Coolers.

You'd need to up you'r case budget a little to cover this.

Good case choice above but would stick with G1 motherboard and Alpenfohn (however you spell it) cooler (or could get an even cheaper cooler if not planning to overclock).

Gonna be honest, there is reasoning (on my part) behind that.

The sniper and Matterhorn Cooler cost about the same as this motherboard/cooler package.

First of all the UD4H is a truely suberb board, only surpassed (in my eyes) by the Z87X-OC (in the sub £200 range).

The Cooler included, while not being amazing, is decent and makes the Rig look pretty too. :)
