£150'ish 7" Android tablet recommendations please?

I've currently got an Ipad 1 32gb 3g, and won an Ipad Mini in a competition today, but I'm tempted to sell them both, buy an Android tablet, and pocket some cash!

Anyone think it's worthwhile doing, and any recommendations for tablets? Don't mind going second hand, probably looking at the usual suspects, i.e. Nexus 7, Galaxy Tab 7.0, Nook HD, Fire HD, etc. Cheers.

I would go for a second hand Nexus 7.

£150 on a new android tablet won't get you a very decent one.

Isn't the Nexus 7 refresh coming soon? Like July-ish?

Would probably hold out for that if you can.

The Nexus 7 can be had for £160 or less. I wouldn't even consider another 7" tablet.

Will see which version of the Mini I've won, if it's bottom of the range, I'll sell both Ipads and buy a Nexus 7, if it's a decently specced one, I may be tempted to keep it, lol! Thanks for the replies.

Nexus 7 32Gb with 3G or wait until the refresh. I use my 3G version with Samba Mobile as yet I've had free 3G for about 4 months and only ever had to pay for the initial SIM (£2.50 if you get a referal lol).

It is incredibly handy to have as I've no smartphone and no intention of getting one. A couple of OCUKers are doing this too.

Root it and you can even make it a 3G hotspot

HP slate 7 for £130 may be worth a look. No idea how good it is though.

I got a Nexus 7 16Gb for £129 (open box). So far it has been great.
