£150ish upgrade options?

yo yo yo!!! welcome all. Thinking about upgrading / getting something new for my computer for about £150ish. Will spend a bit more if it means getting something better.

What I have now?
i3 3220
Gigabyte z77 ds3h
xfx 550w
wd blue 1tb
Amd 7850
8gb Ram


Options to pick from?
An SSD
New keyboard (thinking of the corsair k70 red)
A new monitor (current only displays 1680*1050 alright keeping at this resolution so I can play at better frames and quality)
External HDD for backup purposes
An i5
New graphics card

So yeah lots to choose from, what would you recommend? Can be a combination if budget permits.

Definitely an SSD - makes soooo much of a difference, and if you get a 128GB, it leaves you with £80 to maybe buy an external HDD or keyboard!

yes an ssd will make a lot of difference, especially if you game the loading times are greatly reduced! make sure you enable ahci in bios and install windows + games + programs on it

looks like it's an ssd. May go for what overkill suggested as I don't know of anywhere to get the second hand i5 from a place that I would trust. As much as I would love to go that route I don't think I can.
