Wow, congrats on the big milestone.
From the projects I've crunched here are some brief descriptions of them screensaver graphics.
Einstein - Rotating celestial sphere with coloured spots showing locations of stars, known pulsars and black holes and also the sites of the three interferometers.
Rosetta - Recently updated. 3D picture of the molecule currently being folded with plots of the energy and RMSD (how close to actual structure if known) of accepted structures. New RNA molecules look

.
Images here.
LHC - Hypnotic group of glowing spheres which change colour. Lovely, but project rarely has work.
CPDN - Graphical representation of the Earth showing how
your model evolves. Can be zoomed and rotated and shows things like temperature gradient, precipitation and cloud cover. I haven't crunched this for years so may have changed a bit.
Leiden - Shows molecules slowly moving around a box for classic. Some of the other apps show molecules bouncing off an array of surface charges, which is a bit more interesting but still dull.
SIMAP - No screensaver graphics ..... yet.
If you want to see a screenie of one of the projects just say so and I'll cap one for you.
