15m USB Cables

Hi,
for my perfect home gaming setup I would need 15m USB, AUX and LAN extension cables to which I will connect the mouse, keyboard and headphones.

Does that create a delay?

It probably just won't work. The USB standard is 5M for full-speed 2.0 and 3M for low-speed 1.1 devices.
You would be best off buying a USB repeater and multiple cables.

Easiest way to run USB over that distance is a USB to Cat5 adaptor, if you use repeater cables you will get bulky joins every 5 meters of so. They can also be a bit hit and miss over longer distances.
