I'm thinking of buying one of the 22" wides, i'll give 1080p sets a year to mature and maybe jump then.
My concern is what happens when you give the monitor a 16:9 source i.e; xbox 360, movies/tv etc.
Does the monitor stretch the image and therfore make wheels oval and so forth or does it black border it?
I'd much prefer black borders at least then you get the intended image.
Oh and out of the 22's out which one produces the best image quality in terms of sharpness contrast and colour reproduction? as little back light bleed if poss.
I'd get a 24" but it'd have to have HDMi because i'd want 1080p HDCP, and currently theres only the BENq and Viewsonic are taking forever.
