Yoyoyoyo.

I'm looking at purchasing a nice monitor, upgrading from a crusty old 17".

I'm hoping for a 24", and I would like to keep to a price limit of £200, but if there was a solid reason that would have me sitting here thinking "damn, this was worth the extra £50" then obviously I can increase. Here is the thing - I would like to have the option of plugging my 360 into it, so HDMI would be nice, as would one of the 1080 monitors.

Is there any significant disadvantage to the 1080 monitors?

I was considering:

Iiyama ProLite E2407HDS - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-044-IY&groupid=17&catid=510&subcat=
Samsung SM2494HS - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-044-IY&groupid=17&catid=510&subcat=

They look a similar spec to me. I can't really choose between them. ;)

I was looking at the Iiyama as it had a decent review in a recent computer mag. It certainly looks great vfm.
