16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem ERROR

A mate of mine is having this problem in XP - keeps getting this error message. I have no idea what program/process is the culprit and was hoping one of you Windows wizards would know what to do.

that looks like a spyware problem, the application is running from the temporary internet folder.

use hijackthis to remove the link, and clear his temporary internet cache

Run the usually spyware software aswell, he might have more spyware installed
