16" (inch) Truelife 720p HD WLED Edge to Edge Display

This Is the screen on the latest Dell Studio XPS laptops.

does anyone know what resolution It Is please?

720p suggests 1280x720, so its likely its 1280x800 for resolution.

It could be 1366 (or is it 1336) x 768, like 720p TVs seem to be.

i've never came across a laptop with 1366x768. i could be wrong and there is, but most of the alienware/dell/hp/fujitsu stick to 1280x800 as the default res for 15" screens.

actualy the new inspiron model at dell @ 15.6" is 1366x768.

i suppose i will have to email dell. hope they dont harass me for a sale though lol.

ah case solved!

1366x768 as previously mentiond.

no good to me i want 1920x1200 but seems a bit expensive in that model.

Well the sony vaio fw, and the dell studio xps 1640 both have the option of 1920x1080 screens.

The dell studio xps 16 comes with the option to upgrade to a 1920 x 1080 RGBLED screen, although it is a £139 option at the minute...
