Ah so what you're asking for is spec for a processor and graphics card for about £160? and that's for a socket AM3 motherboard?

Yeah pretty much mate, hence the two items I posted.

Aren't those Phenoms backwards compatible with AM2 boards? My friend has a +4000 at the moment and for the life of me I can't remember what it said in cpuz due to me being so drunk when saying I would get him the parts!

The AM3 phenom's can work in a AM2+ board but most likely need the bios flashing but they wont work in a AM2 board
