Hi guys, just want you to have a look at this and see if there is anything can be improved upon or a few quid saved. Am looking to buy this week after saving all summer.

This is a 1440p gaming pc and my budget is pretty much stretched. I also don't intend upgrading any of these components for a good few years (my current 1080p rig was built in Sep 2016 and is finally showing its age).

Here's my shopping list...

Total: £1,636.87 (includes delivery: £0.00)

Thanks for your time

Right then, going to purchase on Monday, few small changes, different monitor and cpu cooler. I'm sticking with the PSU as I've always gone with corsair down the years and they've been bulletproof for me. It's going inside my trusty old Cooler Master HAF932 and I have everything else I need. Any reason this won't handle pretty much anything I throw at it at max settings @ 1440p for the foreseeable? I'm not pushed about ray tracing btw and I'm going 1440p instead of 4k, which will prolong the ability of the PC to perform at high settings without having to compensate fx for resolution. First game I'm going to throw at it is Hellblade 2. Kill two birds with the one stone, I loved the original and it'll give this setup a nice workout :)

Okay point taken, what precisely would you recommend, like I said, its just brand loyalty with me and corsair (don't know all that much about PSU's tbh), if I can get better for a similar price I'll go with that (has to be modular though)

A quick quickie folks, had to wait on some of the above recommended psu's to be restocked, which of these two is the better buy for my specced rig?

As I said earlier, psu's are the one component I know next to nothing about and I want to buy tonight.
