1600 mhz ram

Hi, i have 2 x http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-203-CS
(so 8gb in total)
however speccy informs me that they are running at 1333mhz, do i need to overclock to get them to run at 1600 or are they faulty or something?

1600 for that motherboard is a overclocked value, so go into the BIOS and have a fiddle.

When you say "have a fiddle" is there any chance i may damage the cards (never overclocked anything ever) and should i get a ram cooler of some sort or will it be alright?

You don't need a RAM cooler.

Change the setting below to 1600MHz or XMP.
