Hi,
I have a GIGABYTE P67-UD3-B3 mobo with Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600mhz RAM 2x2gig.
When I installed the ram the BIOS auto'd the ram to 1333mhz. When I try to change it using the XMP PROFILE 1 option in BIOS, it changes the DDR Voltage to 1.65V automatically. This would seem ok, if not for the fact OCUK reccomend that sandybridge systems do not go over 1.5V...
I tried to manually input the DDR voltage to 1.5v, then change the ram multiplyer to enable 1600mhz mode, but the same thing happened, the status showed 1.65V. I cannot keep the voltage at 1.5V and increase the MHZ to 1600.
What do i do?
Thanks
