1600 tickets for FA cup final stolen

and the FA/millenium won't replace them

they intend "arresting" all folks that turn up with nicked tickets and then leaving 1600 seats empty on saturday , meanwhile 1600 real fans will knot be goiing to the game

organisation at it's best :mad:

just a thought , could this be a ploy by the FA to undermine the black market in tickets ? :confused:

yep , looks like they are removing 1600 from the ballot to replace them , not fair on the folks that will lose out

The same happened a few years ago for the Liverpool - man utd final , when we arrived at the game we were dragged off into a room to be told out tickets were among the stolen ones ( had me baffled as mine were from the club ) , finally a five past 3 they admitted that they had made a mistake and ours were ok :rolleyes:

Thats how I had thought it could be done too , the reality is that the vast majority of folks turning up with nicked tickets will get in and see the game with genuine fans losing out

the only slight concern I have as well is that this could be a hoax to undermine the black market for tickets , if around 1 in 15 tickets have been nicked how come I have not seen one person on any forum say that theirs were among the stolen ones :confused:
