I have my PC up and running once again after I RMA'ed my 1600X
After it was received by them in the Netherlands on Friday morning, it passed it's inspection within 2 hours and I had another posted out to me in the afternoon. On Tuesday, it arrived first thing in the morning.
Very impressed.
Also I had issues with DPD delivering it and contacted AMD in regards to the address. I spoke to someone in the UK who took down the details and promised to get back to me via Email. This he did and I was able get the info I wanted from them but they also kept in contact on what was not happening until it finally arrived. So thanks Filippo.
Now if DPD had done their job I would have had back within a week. However they did not and we are in discussions as to how the recipient can be on holiday when the address is a **** off massive warehouse on an industrial estate.....
