1680x1050 - Which Gfx card?

Hey all,

Ok so the monitor does 1680x1050, what i want is a gfx that'll happily do that in the usual fps stylee games with some some of the detail, Dont say x1900xt-x as i've already got that and its overkill for what i need yes Oblivion looked great but i hated the game! AOW High treason & Farcry/Mohaa are more up my street.

So is it to be a simple x1800xt/7800gt then or what?

LOL. How can a graphics card be overkill! Something will always tax it a bit further on, if not now. I hope the X1900XT-X lets me run nicely at 1920x1200.

When you dont game that often for 1, and 2 when 95% of the time its just there to run Widoze.

Maybe i'm just bored with the pc at the mo, need somthing new to play
