use vertical interlace monitor

or

color interleaved monitor


can anyone shed some light on whats the best settings for 8800 + dell 2007wfp?

If your not using stereo glasses then the setting shouldn't make any difference to you.

Yeah its only of use if you have 3D Glasses, like it says at the bottom in the Description when you click on it.
