16GB DDR4 for OC'ers bundle

That ok for a half decent overclock, maybe 3.8 or 4Ghz?

Not sure what you are asking?

You won't get 3800-4000Mhz out of that kit on the bundle you are purchasing. You are best off purchasing a quad channel kit rated at 3200Mhz.
 
I'e got 2 Gaming 5P boards and both have worked with the two different sets of Team Group RAM. The fastest was 3000 DDR4 though.

Check with OCUK as they should know.
