Looking for a 17" lappy to replace my current Dell desktop due to usage & space issues.

Mainly will be used for photo editing & large spreadsheets with a bit of FPS gaming action on the side & the usual accompanying web & WP shennanigans. Must have a good, preferably high res, screen; numerical keypad; 64bit Vista Home Prem; minimum of 4GB RAM, 2.0GHz CPU. Portability & Blu ray not really an issue.

Currently I'm fancying:
Dell Studio 17: Intel C2D P8600 (2.4GHz, 3MB), 4Gig RAM, 256MB ATI HD3650 and the 17"WUXGA 1920x1200 screen Spec'd out to an ideal setup it comes in at £900.
HP Pavillion dv7-2120sa: AMD Turion X2 Ultra (2.3GHz, 2MB), 4Gig RAM, 512MB ATI HD4530 and 17.3" 1600x900 screen. £650 all in.

Any thoughts or alternative suggestions? What's the screen like on the HP?

Thanks in advance.

I bought a Packard Bell EasyNote LJ65-DT-100
• Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium
• Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T6400 2.0GHz
• 800MHz
• 4096MB DDR3
• 500GB SATA
• TFT

It's a good laptop and does the 1600x900 res. Mine came without a blueray drive and vista 32bit. Have a look and see if you like it. So far it's been good to me had it for about 5 days now and running solid.
