I had a read up and it's no surprise I shot out of bed at the noise. They tail enables them to fly at a high rate of speed and it made one hell of a thud. Poor birdy. I was hoping it would stick around and live in their garden. No such luck. Unless of course he is sitting in a tree at the end of the garden going 'kek kek kek' to my cat.
