Edit: I can't see any with a 'normal' wallet layout and then with a money clip like above. They all hve the 'tie pin' type ones like you mentioned.

Also: Money clips are generally an American thing as all their notes are the same size so I don't know how well it would work with other notes.

I'd probably settle for something like that yep. Seems good enough, only problem is finding one which will accept upto £20 sized notes.
 
I had one just like that a while back, think it was a Tommy Hilfiger one from TK Max. They usually have a decent enough selection, maybe have a look there?
