£1800 Ryzen System Spec

I have a friend who want's to buy an Intel 9700k based build, need to convince him otherwise.

Please can someone spec me a Ryzen, Nvidia 2070 Super based system for £1800 or less. PC only, no peripherals or Windows. Compatibility with the upcoming 4000 series would be great.

Would also like to have a good AIO for the CPU cooler please.

Here is a rough spec with an R7 3700X and 2080 Super. The B450 board is a placeholder as the B550 boards are due on the 16th June, so I would hang on for them if possible.

You could easily get away with a cheaper air cooler like an Arctic Freezer 34 esports duo for £35ish. Also the Nvidia 3000 series is due later this year, so something like a 5700XT could save a bit of money in the short term, or go with the 2070 Super.

The case is personal pref as well, so just put a good Phanteks one in there. Of course your Friend might want something different.
