The Q08 is pretty decent case. You can fit any graphics card no problem.
For cooling the CPU I would get an H50/H60 type cooler to get the best cooling in that case, I dont think the Freezer 7 Pro will fit.
If you want to use a sound card then look away from ITX and look at mATX. There are some pretty small mATX cases.

The Rad for the H50/60/70 could also easily be installed internaly.

You can fit the H50 in a Q08 on the top vent, I have done it and the results were suprisingly good.
