Would be a good idea to wait till virgin is installed then cancel O2. Have a 28 day period to cancel virgin if you happen to be in an area with over-utilisation

Excellent. That's what I was hoping to do, just wasn't sure if I could have both lines active at once or if virgin would kick up a stink.

Yep, just wait until Virgin is installed.

When mine was installed, all they asked was the location of the previous cable installation, 10 minutes later we were all set up

yep def wait till is fin and setup than cancel the o2, afaik it takes 2 weeks to setup with virgin

Well I have my install date in a few days time through Xexec so get a lot of perks like no installation fee, priority installation and £25pm for 50MB with no line rental.

I have a Telewest box on the wall from the previous owner of my house, will they want to use that or can I get them to install it elsewhere?

prolly use that if thats the main feed in then will run the coax to where you want the superhub.

Get them to install it where you want it. But if its the same room or its only possible to gain access through that room then they will most likely use the existing one
