Looks like this has probems with graphics in CS:S, HL2 amongst others. 3D view in control panel does not work and people have reported a loss of a few FPS in FC2, as well as some overclocks now becoming unstable and producing artifacts on some cards.

Also no support for the G80 GTS's and some other GT's I think.

They are BETA's, so at your own risk!

Good question. The 185.65 was quickly withdrawn, so must have been a small bug fix, though i'm not sure exactly what, the release notes appear the same.

See the thread posted or nvidia site for the full release notes and improvements over the 182.xx drivers.
