In theory yes - but if you had any stability issues it would be the first component i would look at. Not because of the wattage but the quality of the unit - but if in perfect working order, it would power the system (but it's not ideal).

Although, do you plan on clocking the CPU and adding an AIO?

@pastymuncher if he's about, may have a different and more informed reply.

Edit: I forgot to add - and as Sprinkles has now pointed out below - you have a lot of money tied up in your pc now. It makes sense to add a quality 550W+ unit if you have the funds.

If you run that setup on an EVGA 500W or 500B, you are a twisted individual. :p
Seriously dude get a real power supply. Those are expensive parts. This isn't a celeron build.

I don't even trust those psus to run a celeron build, honestly, as the one in my mom's socket 1150 celeron machine died after three years, with less than 100W on it. That's sad. Really sad.

Get a real power supply. Seasonic SSR-G-650 would be the lowest I would go with those parts, and more ideally a 650W EVGA G3, which, unlike the B/W series is actually a very good unit.

Pasty's concern for your parts is pretty much the theme of the replies.

The basic crux is that you have a leading edge £350 CPU coupled with a ~£550 GPU and pairing it with a budget tier 3 500W EVGA - which isn't advised for high end gaming machines which your recent upgrades have created.

As i mentioned earlier it will power your machine, if in working order, but it's not recommended. A quality 550W like the SupeFlower would have enough wattage/quality for the job - but for another £20 you you could get another 2 years warranty (7 years total) and fully modular 650W PSU with the Bitfenix. But the SuperFlower 550W at £69 would still do the job comfortably:

My basket at Overclockers UK:

I ran a 630W with custom WC with various set-ups for years, incl. an Overclocked IB. Since the TDP is lower these days, I don't see it being a problem. However, I would go for the 650 for some efficiency headroom..

@Admiral Huddy - Christ, there's another welcome blast from the past. How's the golf swing? - if it's anything like mine it's gone 'Tiger' thanks to kids and work (i.e. not due to drugs and club beating wife) :D
