Few things added so far on the UK store, US one not updated yet (well, it's a bit early for that ;) - in fact, a bit early for the UK store to be updated too)

Anyway from what I can see so far is

CTR: Crash Team Racing (for PS3/PSP)
Everybody's Golf 2 (for PS3/PSP)
Syphon Filter 3 (For PS3/PSP)
(all £3.49)

DW: Gundam Demo
The Inspiration Video (about Uncharted: Drake's Fortune)

Aliens Vs Predator bluray trailer.

Not so far, but as you've probably read over and over, it's no hardship to create a 2nd account in the PS3, registered to a bogus US address (you can just make one up, and use 90210 Beverly Hills as zip and city) and you can get R&C demo from there, amongst many others.

They have a great movie trailers section too, where you can download future cinema releases in full HD :)

Well, we keep getting timed demos, that disappear after a certain amount of time.

Maybe the UK store only has limited HDD space?

Maybe we could all chip in, and get OCUK to send them a nice 750gb HDD to keep them going for a bit? ;)

Yeah, I wonder if they forgot about the UK server until it was too late, so quickly built one with an old Pentium 3, raided a couple of old HDDs, and connected it to a cable modem ;)

Thats how it feels tbh! Using speedtest on the ps3 i get 10mb (of my 20), but somewhere between entering the ps3 and the PSN, i lose it all!
Damn you sony, im sure that they could at least afford a pentium 4 :p
 
I dunno what i'm doing right but demo's fly down the line off PSN for me, are you guys who are getting slow speeds wireless or wired?

I'm just making jokes.

Sometimes it is slow, and other times it seems to fly... or at least as fast as my DSL connection will allow ;)

I can't remember what it was now, but one of the >gb demos we had recently came down way quicker than I was expecting.

Hmm, Odd.

Well I'm on Zen 8000 Pro, with a wired connection from my router to my PS3 and I have the following ports open for the PS3

(TCP) 5223
(UDP) 3478 - 3479
(UDP) 3658

And like I say things fly down the line...

I have the same ports as well, But mine flies even when the ports aren't open (The ports aren't used for downloading).

I am still convinced it is Virgin Media problem, unless any users here currently has a PS3 on another ISP and has slow downloads? Has anyone asked Virgin Media (the 3/4 people with this issue so far in the other thread all say they have Virgin or a 20mb connection, which is Virgin as well).

I think someone with the problems should contact Virgin and/or Sony (I am guessing you will get a faster more specific answer from your ISP than Sony tbh).

Anyway, the rest can go in the ps3 speeds downloads thread.

I think that's a bit extreme.
Just leave it running in the background, it'll get there ;)

I don't actually add downloads, and sit there and watch them.
Just leave them run, when you go off and do something else?

Or play some games, downloads generally continue while you're playing something else.

Don't give up, just leave it in your downloads queue.

sorry mate - i did say the d/l times out, so leaving it going in the background does nothing (after two hours of waiting for two demos 0.0 has been d/l'd) - it wasnt suddenly going to start working now was it :)
