19" TFT Screen...Decisions, Decisions!

I am after a 19" screen and seem to have dwindled it down to a choice between the Samsung 940BF (with free King kong game no less! How much would that fetch on eBay???), and the Viewsonic VX922.

It will be used mainly for gaming (HL2, Doom, flight/racing sims etc)

Pricewise they are much the same, so can anyone make me swing one way or the other, or even change my mind completly? I had thought also about the ACER AL1916W widescreen unit but the lack of a digital input for the future (when I upgrade my graphics card) put me off.

take a look at this article which might help you. (940BF pretty much = 930BF) They are both very good gaming screens. The overdrive control is better on the VX922 and the repsonsiveness is more even, with less artefacts as well. I'd say the VX922 has the edge

I was edging towards the VX922 for the same reasons.
