i currently have a rather old 3ghz p4, at the moment i use it for F@H for a small amount of points and as a storage comp (2.5TB). im looking to turn it into a media centre aswell as for F@H and was thinking about putting in an ATI 1950 Pro (AGP) would the CPU be able to handle the GPU client? also i only have a 350w PSU in there, with only 1 HDD will that be enough power (CPU = 84w)

The speed of your PSU doesn't affect the GPU client. It just needs all of the CPU [so you can't run a normal F@H client at the same time].

The PSU is unfortunately underpowered. According to ATI you need at least a 450W PSU. You could probably get away with 350W for normal use. But if it is going to be running constantly for several hours a day it could cause problems.
