According to toms hardware, these are the specs:
ATi X1950 Pro
RV570,594 MHz,1390 MHz,256 MB GDDR3
ATi X1950 GT
RV570LE,500 MHz,1200 MHz,256 MB GDDR3
So the GT has a similar core, slower clocked, and slower memory.
In 3DMark06, they give the Pro a score of about 2175, the GT just under 2000. So a difference, but not a huge one.
