I got a new 1950pro graphics card a few months ago but my FPS have gone down rather than up since installing.

I had a 9800xT installed before and as an example was running at about 90-100 FPS on CSS.

Since installing the graphics card this has dropped down to about 40-70 despite using the same settings.

It does look better though.

Any suggestions?
