can you tell me which are "max safe" voltages for mem and core, i may want to overclock this card.

i believe there are 2 voltages for memory. can any one enlightnmen. are they the same as XTX?

edit - the reason im asking and not just trying, because i dont want to kill my new card, a good reason i think.

If its the 80nm core: 1.45V on air
If its the 90nm core: 1.5V on air

IIRC its probably 90nm core.

Mem voltages, top one is actual mem chip voltage, 2nd is buffers and shoul dbe kept within 2% of the mem voltage.

Concorde, your the right man to ask seeing that you did that thread about overclocking ATI 1900 / 1950xt.

Question - Ive made a low power profile dasved as 2D. no if i make a highpower 3d profile, how would the card or drivers know that it would need to change profile when a game is started.
Or do i have to manualy load the correct profile when starting a 3d game? becasue if it were me then i would just leave it on 3d if i could bear the niose.

thanks.

oh yeah, what about the mem volts?

For the profiles in ATT, under that section in the menu if auto 3D, just enable it and select as you want.

Mem voltage is 2.087? Basically anything between 1.9 and 2.2 is fine :)
