I set up a managed wordpress site on 1and1 earlier this week, and migrated my content from my free wordpress blog over to the site
When it was setup , it got a temporary domain name given to it. I then transferred my domain name from another provider to 1and1 and this shows up in the domains section.
When I go into the wordpress app management bit, I can click connect domain, but for some reason it only allows me to change it to a sub-domain of the domain i've transferred?
I can also go into the domain, and choose connect to webspace and choose the wordpress direectory but then when I go into the management side of wordpress it still shows the domain as the temporary one and it says to go back into the 1and1 managed app to change it!?
Any ideas, what am I doing wrong!?
