1GB Geil giving me problems

Ok i knew that i had problems with my RAM before but now its just gettin ridiculous. In the past my computer used to just freeze up and go back to normal after about 5 seconds or so. Now i switch the system on and leave it just standing there and it crashes and i get a BSOD. I know this is memory related as I've run Memtest and get errors within minutes. I am looking for a 2GB kit to replace this faulty RAM. What do you suggest? I was looking at the dominator kit as its in my price range and looks to be quiet a good kit. Below is all the info about my system:
Gigabyte DS3
E6300 @ 2.8GHz
Geil 1GB kit running at 2.1v 800MHz at 4-4-4-12 timings
HDD's DVD-RW drive
Hiper Type R PSU

Another indication of the memory being faulty is that when i do get a BSOD it states that some parts of the memory could not be written to and attempts to start a memory dump but never does. So another question is would i get a full refund for this memory if i RMA'd it? When running games i get the occasional error saying that the RAM could not be written to and or read.

Question 1 - What 2Gb kit should i got for (PC2-6400)
Question 2 - Anything else that could be wrong with my comp except for the RAM
Question 3 - Would the RAM be taken as faulty if it produces errors in Memtest at stock spoeeds, voltages and timings?

Tnaks
P.S. sorry for the long story
