1Gb MicroSD card no longer working! :(

I put it in, drive E: flashes up for a second, then disappears....

In "Disk Management" under XP it says "No media" when it's all plugged in.

How can I fix this?

Ok, I've tried a different card reader, and this is as far as I've got, it says "unreadable"

What can I do from here?

Tried accessing it via command prompt? if not then I think its dead.
