1gb oc 2gb

hi everyone i will be ordering conroe this week. but for the mean time i am going to be getting the e6300 ds3 and 1gb geil 6400 and tt. will having the 1gb apposed to the 2gb affect oc in anyway at all in the mean time.

I don't quite understand you, you are ordering an e6300? Also, the difference between 1 and 2 gig will not affect your overclocking potential, but 2 gig is a better option.

No it won't affect your oc in fact 1Gb kit tend to oc better than 2Gb kit because of less density.
