£1k gaming rig build help

Hi guys. I'm looking to build rig just for gaming. I've had a cheap gaming pc in the past but that was put together by a pc shop.
I'd love to be able to play bf3 on ultra if not close to ultra.
My budget is 1000 but I can stretch to 1200 if there is reasonable justification.
I have a pretty decent mouse and I plan on playing via headset so speakers aren't a problem but everything else I will need.

The coolers are obviously different (both still nice and quiet), the price for the Gigabyte is obviously higher, the Palit has a slighly higher clock speed (but its a minimal difference in reality), 2 vs 3 year warranty.
