Hey guys!

Can you hit me with a spec? I have a 5700 which is fine for now. Upgrade GPU in the next 2 years.

I have a 4670 2014 today :D

Thinking 5600x but then I get lost on memory, case, mobo (no wifi), power supply, fast HDD for primary, I got 5 Sata drives I want to hook up from antiquity etc.

Light video work and mid gaming 1080.

Cheers!

CPU has gone up by £50.00.
NVME M2 is a rated storage drive and good value at £94.99.
Power supplies, this one is 650 watt, you may want 750 watt or higher? Depends on what you want to upgrade. Anyway the 750 watt version is out of stock due to popularity.
Case is great for cooling and highly rated.
Motherboard has high ratings and good VRM, no wi-fi.
3200 MHz memory is the recommended speed for Ryzen, however 3600 MHz kits should also be considered.

Really, I would save money now with an interim upgrade by buying an Intel 10400F, a low-end motherboard, and 16 GB RAM. If you don't have a SSD, get a M.2 drive. Then do a proper upgrade when you get your GPU. PCs will have switched to DDR5 by then, and it will have had time to mature.
