ok thanks for the input i ll stick with that mobo . It seems that OCuk is sold out of the ram listed in the original spec;
OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) PC2-5400C5 Dual Channel Vista Upgrade Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2VU6674GK) Is there an alternitive for similar price that you would recomend?

If you already have XP64 and it does everything you want then I see no pressing reason to buy Vista, if you don't already have an OS then you might as well just go for Vista though, as a new(ish) OS it can only get better.
