Slightly over budget... but i have thrown in a SSD?

change the 6870 to the ocuk(vtx) model and save £26, change the psu to the antech truepower modular 550w or for extra £10 the 650w version. change the mb for the gigabyte z68xp-ud3 for £100 and save £32 and get a better keyboard.

I'd drop the SSD really. That gives more room for the rest, especially the GPU and PSU.
